RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Security Deposit
A security deposit equal to the full value of the rented item(s) is required for all rentals. This deposit ensures the safe return of our equipment and covers any potential damages or loss.
- The deposit amount will match the retail value of the rented item(s)
- The deposit will be fully refunded after the safe return of the equipment in good condition
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after equipment inspection
- Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit
Rental Period
- Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking
- Late returns may incur additional fees
- Please contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental period
Equipment Care
- All rented items must be returned clean and in the same condition as received
- You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period
- Any damages must be reported immediately
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental date for a full refund
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to fees
