How to Return a Product

For Purchased Products (Sales)

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition
  • All tags attached
  • Original packaging intact

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale items marked "final sale"
  • Balloons and perishable items
  • Rental items

How to return:

  2. Obtain a return authorization
  3. Pack the item securely
  4. Ship to the provided address (return shipping at your expense)
  5. Use a tracked shipping service

Refund: Processed within 5-7 business days after receipt and inspection

For Equipment Rentals

Mandatory return: Next business day after your event

Return conditions:

  • All items must be returned clean
  • Same condition as received
  • No missing items

Security deposit:

  • Refunded within 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Deductions for damages, stains, or missing items

Late returns: Additional fees apply for late returns

Cancellations:

  • 48+ hours before pickup: Partial refund possible
  • Late cancellations: Security deposit forfeited
